MAILANTARKI SPORTS CENTER constitutes an integral design that brings together a wide program in a 10.000m2 masterplan. A unique sports development brings together football fields, other sports courts, sports facilities, hotel, indoor & outdoor pools and an open mall accompanied by parking lots.
Our central GRADES BUILDING is the meeting place, and should be a nice place to stay at, full of activities, always with something great to do. The grades building and its surrounding plazas are the “nucleus of the scheme” and the starting point that defines all the succeeding elements in functional and esthetical terms.
The long white 68m arc shaped mixed use building allocates the covered Spectators Grades, a Sports Clinic, Restaurants, Dressing Rooms & the development Administration. F&B terraces are accessible directly from the exterior of the GRADES BUILDING, allowing it to be operational 24/7 for the sports center. Presence of green areas and sheltered walkways makes this area the outline of the sports center. The 20 fields are the stage for all kinds of dynamic entertainment, cultural and sports activities. On the other side, it can be the quiet place for social gatherings and contemplation.
